Storyline
‘जनता स्टोर’ राजस्थान की छात्र राजनीति पर आधारित उपन्यास है। कॉलेज में पढ़ने वाला मस्तमौला मयूर भारद्वाज एक झगड़े के चलते छात्र नेता राघवेंद्र शर्मा के संपर्क में आकर छात्र राजनीति का हिस्सा बनता है। मयूर इस दुनिया को पसंद करने लगा है लेकिन यह नहीं जानता कि वह किस दलदल में फँस रहा है। जहाँ एक तरफ यूनिवर्सिटी में राजनीति चल रही है वहीं प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री और शिक्षा मंत्री के बीच का टकराव अपनी लड़ाई में विश्वविद्यालय और छात्रों को भी घसीट रहा है। मयूर के लिये यह एक नई दुनिया है जहाँ वह नैतिकता, दोस्ती, प्रेम, आंदोलन, मुद्दे सब राजनीतिक है। मयूर एक हीरो बनकर इस दलदल से निकलने का रास्ता दिखाएगा या फँस जाएगा?

Misuse of student power by big level politics, students fighting their caste egos, love triangle, student-elections, violence, conspiracies, murders, rapes have become permanent images of all these stories, they are all in this novel as well. It has been portrayed in such an authentic manner that we ourselves are compelled to think whether the identification of identities and decentralization of thought, which we had expected after the disintegration of the Soviet Union, is a huge aberration.
Storyline:
‘Janta Store’ is a novel based on the student politics of Rajasthan. College student Mayur Bhardwaj comes in contact with student leader Raghavendra Sharma due to an incident and becomes a part of student politics. Mayur has started liking this world but does not know in which quagmire he is getting trapped. While on one hand politics is going on in the university, on the other hand the conflict between the Chief Minister and the Education Minister of the state are dragging the university and the students in their fight. It is a new world for Mayur where morality, friendship, love, agitation, issues everything is political. Will Mayur become a hero and show the way out of this quagmire or will he get trapped?
